He did his graduation (B. Com.) in 1991 with "Accountancy" and "Business Statistics" as main subject. He passed CA in the year 1994. He is fully associated with the firm and FELLOW member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with Membership No. 048945. He is practicing since 1995 with 25 years relevant experience in the field of Auditing, Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Planning, Tax Planning, Corporate Taxation, Indirect Taxation and Public and Private sector Audits Legal Matters and Arbitration related matter. His core competencies lie in Management and Financial Consultancy, Corporate and Business Advisory related to Restructuring, Business Negotiation, Due Diligence, Valuation of business, Takeovers Advisory in indirect taxation, GST and Development of Revenue Modules along with assisting in all legal matters for civil, criminal and corporate matters.

Looking after the day to day administration of the firm and has vast experience in providing Consultancy in Accounting and Auditing procedure, Management System, Restructuring of the Organization, Project Financing, Developing of Revenue Modules etc.
